Shipping Policy



At North & Co. Canada, we strive to provide a transparent and efficient shipping experience for all our customers. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an automated email notification once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

To offer you high-quality products at competitive prices, we ship directly from our fulfillment centers.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 12 business days.

Please note: These timeframes are estimates. Delivery may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, local postal service disruptions, or high-volume peak seasons.

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your tracking number is generated, please allow 48 to 72 hours for the carrier to update the status in their system. You can track your order directly on our website through the "Track Your Order" page.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

North & Co. Canada is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. INCORRECT ADDRESS / UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incomplete or incorrect address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
